目前成績很不錯，今年應該能有好結果

It's a lot of work, but, it's a lot of fun at the same time 'cause you get really tired but you also know that everyone else is also just as tired and just as ran out, and just knowing that everybody is giving them all together and doing it all together, and just makes it all worth it.
